My interest in massage therapy first started with my love of yoga, with regular practice I realised how good I felt, not just in a physical way but also on an emotional level, I didn't want to teach yoga so I began to explore other ways of nurturing the body. I came across a treatment called Thai Yoga Massage, I was amazed how the treatment felt and how rewarding it was to treat someone.

After qualifying in Thai Yoga massage I continued to learn more therapies to give me more scope and knowledge in treating my clients, helping them move out of chronic pain, relieve stress and tension. My overall aim is to aid in maintaining health and well-being for my client.
