Anecdotal research has revealed that children do not develop these skills through ‘osmosis’ and need structured motor programmes to teach them how to move effectively.
“Regular supervised and guided practice is the only way to ensure ALL children fulfil their movement potential” (Macintyre 2002)
Designed to provide an effective, fun and practical method for developing movement and co-ordination skills. It is the aim of these sessions to start engaging children in vigorous, exhilarating learning experiences so being fit and active is a positive integral part of their lives.
PCF offer one2one or group training sessions after school and in school holidays for children aged 6-16.
